Oracle Database@Google Cloud connects to OCI via a dedicated, redundant dark fiber network managed by Oracle, ensuring low-latency and high-reliability communication. VPN (Option A) and public internet (Option C) are less performant, and GCP's internal network (Option D) isn't the primary link-Oracle manages the interconnect.
